Top competitors at this weekend's ESPN Winter X
Games 10
find top spots on WinterStuds
Spiked Tires.
With the icy conditions on top of the mountain
in
Aspen
, top riders see WinterStuds Spiked
Tires as the only way to find
traction.
Jeremy “Twitch” Stenberg takes top spot on the
podium one more time in
Aspen
last night at the 10th Annual
Winter X Games.
Despite the unfavorable conditions an
unexpected snowstorm created, Jeremy had
the crowd and the judges going crazy with
a no handed back flip side saddle lander
over the 90-foot ice sculpture of a jump
that was as smooth as butter.
Rebeaud, who stunned not only the Aspen
crowd, but the fraternity of U.S.-based
FMX riders as well by leading the way into
the final with a first-place score of
92.00, was ready to go for broke in the
medal round. However, a Saran Wrap
backflip-to-candy bar-to-one-hander-lander
scored at 92.40. It was not enough to top
Stenberg.
Stenberg won the Winter X Games 10 gold medal. Rebeaud, a
new shining star of FMX, placed second for
silver. Placing fourth was Nate Adams.
Final Result: Winter X Games 10 Moto X Best Trick:
1.) Jeremy Stenberg 93.01 (Gold)
2.) Mat Rebeaud 92.40 (Silver)
4.) Nate Adams 90.40
